This was great! I watched Skins a while ago after watching a movie commentary by one of my favourite Youtubers on the film. I just had to see it for myself in all its glory. This movie is terrible and hilarious, but also seems to want you to take it seriously in the name of art. It perfectly sits in that category of movies that I like to call “Movies so terribly bad, they’re actually kind of great.” I loved the deeper meaning that you extracted from this.
