I agree with everyone on this list, especially Vulture. Michael Keaton's rendition of the character was perfect. That car scene with Peter in Homecoming was chilling. I think the best villains are the ones whose motives you can sympathize with. It makes them feel real and you can absolutely see how had things been different, anyone could have become like them.
