Binging then purging, diet teas, detoxes (all manner of juice and water cleanses instead of eating), over exercising (exercise is immensely good for the body but not when used as a means to out-exercise a bad diet), fasting (i.e. one day of eating what the hell you want translates to days of eating very little), drugs, plastic surgery etc. I thought it was quite clear what I meant by ‘dangerous concessions’ but evidently not 😅
